Why Was My Order Refunded After Payment?

All payments are manually reviewed by our third party anti-fraud department.


If an order was paid and you receive a refund without making a request, there are possible reasons: 


  • Your Bank has flagged the payment
  • The seller processed a refund because the item was out of stock or there was another issue with inventory.
  • Our system processed a refund because payment was not approved by our processor.
  • Your card has a high risk score 
  • Website ownership cannot be confirmed
  • URL is banned from our network (We won't accept any spam link)
  • Unable to complete transaction
  • Some orders need confirmation by customer, If they didn’t confirm their order with in 3 days we will refund money.

Let’s face it. Sometimes things don’t go as planned with online orders. There may be an issue with the items you ordered, or perhaps your payment didn’t go through. Maybe you gave us the wrong website address.
